Celtic Sea Salt crystals are produced on the salt marshes of the Peninsula of Geurande in France.
Produced by natural evaporation of sea water by the sun and wind.
The salt is hand harvested and dried. It remains completely unwashed, unrefined and additive-free, retaining all its natural minerals and trace elements. The coarse grain has been ground into fine salt.
The grey colour comes from the clay that is present in the ground of the marsh.
